happy friday / weekly wrap up:

April 1, 2011

The week has flown by, and it's April! I meant to create a new desktop calendar for you friends, I'll try to post it on Monday! So yesterday was a fun / random day. I packaged some orders and headed out to spend some time with Ruby! Nick also took me to see Lady Gaga! He got me tickets for Valentine's day.

We got together and headed to view a location for something
we're planning. It's in the works! Hopefully more details to come ;)

Soul & Brave are so adorable. Her girls make me want babies of my own! but I know Nick & I are just not ready. But on the other hand, are you ever really ready to start having kids?

Then we headed to the Orange Circle Antique Mall for some antiquing. We stopped and got some macarons and had lunch. Then we were walking around Country Roads and Ruby goes "Danni, that was Kirsten Dunst that just walked by us!"

So I circled back around to see if it was really her and it was! I said we should take a picture but we were both too afraid to ask. By the time we got up some courage, she was already out of the store. I was sort of bummed, but as we turned the corner to go back to Ruby's car, there she was! So I asked and she was pretty cool, although I'm sure she just wanted to be left in peace. I thought it'd be fun to post on the blog ;) We had her boyfriend take it. Ruby was like, "I feel bad if he is famous too and we had him take the picture" lol. He was really nice. The picture makes me burst out laughing because True & Brave are like, "what are we doing??" haha.

Hope you all have a most wonderful and fantastic weekend!

30 hello's:

  3. The last photo -- the little girl in the hat.. her face expression is priceless. haha. And you're right.. is anyone really ever 'READY' for kids. It's a big responsibility, as long as you're happy and willing to give love and support, and to be selfless. I cant wait to have kids. :) Cute posting. Ciao.

  10. Awesome! I was hoping you'd share on the blog after tweeting about this :) The kids are so cute an I love the look on their faces. How weird will it be that when those kids see this photo at our age, Kirsten will be kinda old!
And also, yeah who is ready for kids?! Yikes! So scary. I always thought (when I was younger) that 24 was the perfect age to get married and then 25 or 26 was the perfect age to have kids. But I don't feel that way anymore cuz kids are, well, hard!

  13. Hi dear friend!! :) Yay, I love that you took these pics and walked us through your day yesterday - lovely packaging (as always!). And what a pretty location...can't wait to hear more about it! ;) And yay, you went to Country Roads! How did you like it?! Some of the booths are a little pricey, but it's a lot of fun to walk around just to look :) And you saw Kirsten Dunst too! So random, but so cool to see celebrities shopping around the OC...I'm more used to seeing them in LA, hehe. Ruby's girls are so adorable, they look so cute in the last pic, hehe. The Gaga concert must have been so amazing (Nick seriously gets you the best gifts!)

Whew, okay, that whole paragraph was just all about how wonderful and amazing you & your life are :) So go on and have a wonderful & amazing weekend!! :)

P.S. In response to your comment...the NERTZ was totally beginner's luck! I'm still looking for people to play with me, hehe. That game was so fun!!

  25. such a cute photo. I don't think you are ever perfectly ready, some people sadly wait and wait to feel that way and find it is too late. God has his plan for us all and that is what makes us strong and'ready'.
