Happy Friday:

November 18, 2011

I didn't really like eggs growing up, only hard-boiled eggs.. Eggs that boiled for a long time and get the grey yolk. Not that bright lemon yellow yolk color, the yolk has to be grey ;) I know the yolk isn't good for you, but it's my favorite part. I've grown to like eggs a little more now, scrambled, over medium - it's all good. How do you like your eggs?

So how was your week? I came across this article: 12 Ways Successful Entrepreneurs Stay Productive from papernstitch, and it's definitely got me thinking about the ways I go about my business. I'm thinking I need to do some major re-evaluating!

Also, in case you missed the announcement, I'm hosting a lovely package workshop at Salvage Life on Saturday, November 26th. We'll have special guests Besotted Brand + Lauren Elise is Crafted, it will be a lot of fun - hope you can come!

If you're in the area, don't forget about the vintage holiday sale tomorrow. This is the last free weekend Nick & I have before craft shows take over our weekends. (4 craft shows coming up over the next 4 weekends until Christmas - I'm actually really excited!) Well, wishing you all a most wonderful and lovely weekend! See you on Monday. xo.

  12. I've actually started eating eggs everymorning, scarambled with quina. Very yummy.

I"m also jealous that I don't live closer to you. All of your workshops sound like so much fun. I'm teaching my students about printmaking, and have been printing my own wrapping paper this year. So fun

  17. Bonjour and happy Monday!

Ok, first things first, lovely pictures and I love eggs. I make these "egg buttercups" which is essentially bacon in muffin tins with a full egg dropped in, fresh grated cheese, and fresh parsley. Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins and you've got a delicious little all protein "cup" Although, at the moment I've sworn off pork... anyhow.

Secondly, without sounding like a creepy stalker, were you and your bf at Long Beach flea market? I thought I kind of recognized you and Rose (from The Tarnished Crown) had mentioned that you and your bf should meet me and my bf... any who... just thought I'd say hello. So, hello!

    Sincerely,
    Rodellee

  18. Hi! I am new to your blog, but I love it!

I was wondering how long ago you purchased your salt keeper from anthro. I've been looking for something just like it, but I couldn't find it on their site. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

    Blessings,
    Fran
